C.O.D.
Some of our customers prefer to pay at the time of delivery with a personal check or cash.  They think that is the best way to buy oil without worrying about a bill arriving in the mail.  We believe that if it is better for you, then it is better for us.

Credit Cards
We welcome Visa and MasterCard.  Many of our customers prefer paying by credit card because it offers a convenient record for your files, it can be paid for over the telephone, and you do not have to wait at home for your delivery.

Budget Payment Plans

The Pier Fuel Budget Plan
When winter arrives, there are certain things you can count on...shorter days, colder temperatures, and eating too much on the holidays.  But if you've gotten used to winter bringing extra large energy bills to your door, we have the perfect solution.  Introducing the P.F. Budget Plan, the ultimate in convenience. The Budget Plan takes your annual fuel cost and spreads it over 10 even payments throughout the year.  That means no surprising bills - you'll always know the amount of your energy costs in advance.  Our comfort specialists determine the monthly amount by examining your fuel usage records of previous years.  Our Budget Plan means peace of mind; instead of getting hit with big winter bills, you always have a steady and predictable payment.

Fixed Price Program
Customers sign a contract and are able to "lock into" a price through the heating season, without worrying about price spikes and fluctuations.  The program is ideal for budgeting.  Historically, we offered a fixed price in the summer and the price would be good through April 1.  We purchased oil for you, and you no longer have to worry about what your next delivery will cost.  Over the years,  our average fixed price customer has saved anywhere from $300 to $800 per year.

Pre Buy Program
Customers sign a contract and are able to lock in at our lowest rate by paying in advance for the entire season's fuel. (Payment must be received by October 1st.)
